Stand with Survivors as a company

Since 2019, Stand Speak Rise Up! has supported Survivors of rape as a weapon of war: medical care, psychological support, economic independence and schooling for their children. More than 50 companies and foundations already support us. Let’s find the kind of commitment that fits your company.

/ Four ways to get involved

Survivors supported in the DRC

/ Fund a project

Help us keep our field projects going: vocational training for Survivors in the DRC, medical care in Afghanistan, support for refugee Survivors in Luxembourg… Your company can support a project with a one-off donation or a multi-year commitment, and follow its progress.

Multi-year support has the greatest impact: it allows us to plan our work with local teams and to support each Survivor all the way through her journey.

/ Engage your employees

Payroll round-up

Each month, employees who opt in donate the cents from their net salary (€2,203.45 → €2,203, with €0.45 donated). Many companies match the amount collected. Set up with MicroDON and Payroll Giving.

Awareness talk

Our team comes to your offices to present the reality of rape as a weapon of war and the work we do.

Photo exhibition at your offices

Host our exhibition about and by Survivors for a few weeks.

Skills-based volunteering

/ Support an event

Throughout the year, Stand Speak Rise Up! organises events to raise awareness of the cause: exhibitions, talks, fundraising evenings. Your company can make them happen through financial support, an in-kind donation (printing, transport, catering) or by hosting a private evening for your clients and teams.

/ Tax benefits

Tax benefits depend on the country where your company is based. We build partnerships in several countries: here are the rules in Luxembourg and France, and we are happy to help for other countries.

In Luxembourg

Corporate donations to Stand Speak Rise Up! are deductible from taxable income, up to 20% of net income or €1,000,000. Any excess can be carried forward to the following two years.

In France

60% of the donation is deductible from corporate income tax, up to €20,000 or 0.5% of annual turnover (excluding VAT), whichever is higher. Any excess can be carried forward for five years. In-kind and skills-based sponsorship also qualify.

Example: in France, a €10,000 donation actually costs your company €4,000.
